Deputy Country Representative and will be responsible for overall program management and emergency recovery, as part of the strategy and agreed targets a larger organization.

requirements:

* Master's degree or equivalent in development.
* At least 5 years / substantial experience working with a humanitarian emergency recovery of the environment / high level.
* Skills and experience in project / program monitoring, implementation review and evaluation.
* People background and experience in program management with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
* Track record of results and impact.
* Experts in the management of the concession, including the organization's budget and reporting to donors.
* Understand the substantial monitoring and evaluation and accountability of the beneficiaries.
* Leadership and good interpersonal skills, including listening skills.
* The representation of consciousness, politics and advocacy.
* Experience working with partners and participatory approaches.
* Excellent knowledge of English and computer skills both written and spoken.
