CUSTOMER CENTER - EXPORT

Applications are invited from suitably qualified for this position at the Export Customer Services Department. The office of the success of a good communicator with excellent organizational skills and people, and have the ability, attention to detail and the ability to pay to thrive under pressure.

Experience: Ideally, this position requires at least 3 years experience in customer service exports. Must be computer skills including SAP dominate. Good knowledge of the procedures for export including export documentation, foreign exchange and banking related accounting standards, insurance and insurance companies, mail order and procedures of the International Banking will be an advantage.

A good knowledge of glass industry, contacts and related equipment, and legislation is essential.

Qualifications: A Grade 12 qualification is required, an appropriate tertiary qualification while focusing, with an export, distribution and sale is an advantage.

Among the tasks:
• processing of applications for export, offers and orders in accordance with the procedures and export SAP
• Enter an excellent service for international customers
• Make sure that the administration is in compliance with export regulations and procedures performed
• Contacts between internal and external customers
• Advising the continuous improvement of the export process to ensure more profitability
• Maintain the integrity of export proactive monitoring capabilities
• Ensure full control and the preservation of documents and address all customer complaints
