World Vision Kenya is one of the largest non-governmental Christian humanitarian, rescue organization, development and defense projects in most parts of Kenya.

We wanted to recruit people who are very competent, dynamic and motivated to fill the following positions in our organization.

Title: Senior Officer P & C

Country: Kenya

Location: Nairobi

Expiration date: January 27, 2012

Scope of work: bringing the recruitment of strategic planning, creation and management system, the objectives of effective and efficient recruitment, contracts management, ensuring that the criteria for renewal and termination of membership and to coordinate changes the records of the work order to inform the payroll accordingly.

Managers as follows:

* To lead the recruitment of strategic planning, ensure that managers, including personnel costs in the proposal, plans and budgets.
* To create and manage a system, the objectives of efficient and effective recruitment.
* To create, maintain and update records of work.
* To manage the contract, ensure that the renewal and termination for reasons of policy.
* To coordinate the changes in employment and advise accordingly.
* To ensure that all job descriptions and WVK charge prescribed in the web portal and / or server.

Qualifications: Education / knowledge / technical skills and experience

The following can be achieved through a combination of experience or formal training themselves, or on the job:

* Must have a degree and a Diploma in Human Resource Management
* Requires a high level of organizational skills
* Three years experience in the recruitment of human resources and administrative roles.
* Must have knowledge through office systems, including computer applications.
* Must be familiar with cross-cultural and functional.
* Must good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Needs of English is very good, either orally or in writing.
