Position: Customer Care Executive Intern

We hire and train the skills of a character

Relations: Corporate Affairs and Communications Manager

Education and Skills:

* A degree / diploma in communications, public relations, front office or the equivalent in Hospitality.
* Knowledge and experience in the IT operations in the industry.
* A safe and determination.
* A minimum of 6 months experience
* Personality vibrating with high standards of integrity
* Excellent communication skills.
* By courtesy, tact and ability to work effectively in a team
* Excellent communication skills, reliability, commitment and optimism, personality, good typing speed.
* Can initiate and promote, work processes and tasks minimal supervision and a high degree of trust and have full initiative.
* Each qualification in the IT industry is an added advantage

Roles and responsibilities:

* Incoming e-mails, letters, telephone calls and live chat to answer.
* Receive visitors and give them the support they need.
* Going through the newspapers to identify potential partners or suppliers.
* In internal meetings, minutes, data entry, if necessary.
* Provide support to customers, our online portals.
* The schedule of meetings as required.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints within the specified operating hours.
* Edit and enhance the filling or implement new filing systems.
* Appropriate records storage for all department heads.
* To collaborate with other staff to ensure business goals.
* All other duties.
