Pathcare Kenya Limited, doctors internationally accredited laboratory (ISO 15 189) with the main branch laboratories in Nairobi and Mombasa, Eldoret, Meru and Thika, a desire to bring results-oriented,

resources and dynamic person motivated to join the team in the following fields located in one of our laboratories or Depo:

1. Technology - in the Department are as follows:
(I), Clinical Chemistry
(Ii) Hematology

(III) Histopathology
(IV) Microbiology
(V) Cytology

The main responsibilities are:

After a thorough SOP for conducting medical tests with the highest standards
Monitor the action of reagents in this section.
Monitor performance and maintenance of equipment
Maintaining strict quality assurance procedures
To ensure accurate results
QC issues and troubleshooting

Minimum knowledge and skills required:

Certificate of "O" Level of education
Diploma HND (Higher National Diploma) in medical science laboratory in the relevant field from a recognized educational institution, or a degree in MLS.
Two (2) years after qualification experience in a medical laboratory engaged
Must be registered in Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists and the Council of the current practicing certificate.
Computer literacy is essential
Experience in ISO 17025/15189 will be an advantage


2. Data collection - computer operator - Secretary

The main responsibilities are:

Secretary of the activities and data collection
Implementation of all activities in the Department
To ensure accurate typing, printing reports, etc.
Perform all office tasks as needed - processing phone calls, filing, faxing, taking notes, typing reports, follow-up on demand, etc.


Knowledge and skills required minimum

'O' level of education - grade C and above, with a diploma in Secretarial Studies.
Computer literacy - knowledge of computer programs
Duties of the Secretary Certificate - Office procedures -
Clerical skills


3. Mosquitoes

Must have a cumulative minimum standard level of C 'O' and 22 years and older ..
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3 years experience in the laboratory and in the occupied
Phlebotomy certificate from a recognized institution.


4. Assistant Account
Responsibilities:

Reconciliation of debtors
Debt collection
Updated daily cash books
Help the Division of Administration
Other duties from time to time


Title of research:

Finalists Katch
More than 2 years experience in a busy office


5. Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities:

Continue to raise awareness about the services Pathcare for different segments of the market in all parts of the state
Ensuring customer satisfaction and proper growth of the practice.


Title of research:

Diploma / Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology
Two years of experience in similar conditions
Certificate in Marketing is a plus.


6. Lab Administrator
Responsibilities:

Monitor all activities in the laboratory
Help in all aspects of laboratory technical monitoring
Inventory Management, reagents, materials used in the laboratory
Oversight of all QA procedures
Organizers of staff


Title of research:

Senior Technologist Laboratory Quality HND (Higher National Certificate), with administrative skills - Management Training
QA Training - Experience in ISO 17025/15189 added advantage
Management or equivalent
Two (2) years after qualification experience in a medical laboratory engaged
Must be registered in Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists and the Council of the current practicing certificate.
Computer literacy is essential
