Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales and Customer Care
Reports to: Head of CRM and Sales
The aim of the work:
Responsible for the development and implementation of all commercial activities in assigned market.
Sets plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing and contributes to the development of educational and training programs for clients and client advisors.
Responsibility:
Develop a business plan to reach and sales strategies for the market of corporate sales and profitability guaranteed.
Present and sell company products and services to customers and prospects.
Prepare plans for effective search of sales opportunities and prospects.
Initiated and coordinated the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans, if necessary.
Provides timely feedback to senior management in relation to the performance of a series of status reports, including activity, closings for the preparation, monitoring and compliance objectives.
Provides timely, accurate and competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted to the pricing and licensing, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Keep accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports
Creates and executes proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Assists Operations Director and Head of Sales & CRM for the preparation of proposals and presentations, and sales contracts
Monitoring spending of the budget guidelines.
Adheres to all levels of the company policies, procedures and rules of business ethics and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Follow-up of new contacts and recommendations as a result of the activities.
Identify sales opportunities and contact these and other assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and potential customers.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
Identify and resolve customer problems.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback through the activities in the relevant company employees gathered.
To enhance development and implementation of special sales activities revenue.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, telemarketing and events.
Follow-up to collect the payment.
Enter on-the-job training for new salespeople.
Other duties as assigned revenue.
Relationships and roles:
Maintains contact with all customers in the market to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Demonstrates the ability to communicate and cooperate with all company employees.
Job specification:
At least 1 year experience in sales management.
Experience in sales with an ICT company. Experience in selling websites and domains are an advantage
Deep understanding of the dynamics of customer and market needs.
The willingness to work in a team of professionals.
Proven leadership and ability to stimulate sales.
Maintenance and development of relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and e-mail.
Visiting potential customers for new businesses.
Accurate, fast calculation and provide customers with quotations.
Negotiate the terms of the purchase contract and closing.
Gathering market and customer requirements and feedback on future buying trends.
Represent GBC in fairs, events and exhibitions.
With differences in price, delivery and specifications with your supervisor.
Advice on future product developments and discussing special promotions.
