Description: To oversee and ensure the success of any construction work and construction and related activities conducted by WVK, ensuring proper guidance of engineering, civil construction contracts and follow with the participation of all "stakeholders in improving engineering practices are good.
The position of arrival:
To monitor and ensure the correct application of all buildings and construction and related activities conducted by WVK.
Ensure appropriate guidelines for the engineering, civil construction contracts and are followed with the participation of all stakeholders to improve the good engineering practices that produce and directly contribute to the achievement of children with good results .
In particular, the incumbent will lead the development of the capacity of staff, supervise the execution of structural engineering and support efforts to mobilize the right resources.
Qualifications: Education / knowledge / technical skills and experience
* The successful candidate must have a minimum of a degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized university, particularly in civil engineering or building and construction;
* Must have at least 3 years experience in web sites related to the design, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting on integrated development work in construction;
* The incumbent must have extensive experience in construction and contract management;
* The successful candidate must be results-oriented leader who can handle a heavy workload, and manage and respond to diverse and sometimes conflicting organizations, donors and other stakeholders and needs;
* He / she must also have sufficient experience in public relations and a strong team.
* Knowledge and application of self / Arch CAD and GIS would be an advantage.
