At least 5 years experience in the development, monitoring and evaluation of projects or programs
INGO setting, in the use of computerized M & E data / information management training
Experience has demonstrated the application.

Expertise and experience in the development and use of participatory M & E management systems / tools and conducting research and action-oriented
