On the International Bridge Academy
International Bridge Academy is a for-profit company started a revolution in education in Africa with a unique business model. The company is running a vast network of primary schools in Kenya the cheap, which is considerably higher than other primary schools in the same region, for "school box" of our system.

Our school is the financial offer high quality education for less than $ 4 per child per month, which allows schools to cover all costs and a profitable organization in the middle of the scale to be created. We have 37 schools in Kenya has launched, we will double within the next six months, and plans to quickly scale the company for more than one million students across the continent to serve.

We need to recruit for the position of Sales Manager, the main recruiting center is to design, implement and manage targeted lead generation mechanism that can recruit the right several thousand high-quality candidates to become teachers and school administrators at the Academy International Bridge.

Key Responsibilities
Sales

* Successfully recruit and convert thousands of candidates for teachers and school leaders to participate and succeed at the Bridge Training Institute, a training course for candidates for positions at the veterinary school.
* The implementation of a team of three or four times a year for large recruitment (lead generation) effort to take now a successful teacher and leader of the Bridge School International Academy throughout Kenya and East Africa.
* From the concept of the need to recruit, to determine the relationship between the recruitment sales channel (the number before the interview, the inviting training, show-up, complete and recruitment) and collecting the recruitment strategy that strikes the target.
* Remote Management Team in place to successfully identify and recruit and vet candidates for training.
* Apply a goal for distance sales and recruiting teams to consider compensation based on the qualitative and quantitative targets.
* Working with academic managers to determine what tests are necessary to ensure the best candidates to be invited to the training program.
* Determine the team and all teams and logistical arrangements for the whole team on the field to make the selection.
* Check the speed and accuracy of the information data base candidates and test results to be included in the database.
* Goals and taking charge of hitting and quality required.


Sales

* Understanding of marketing and communication channel for the communities in which we plan to open a school, and how to access and edit the best candidates.
* Develop a comprehensive marketing message that encourages potential applicants to apply and the course of 7 weeks to go.


Logistics

* A call center employees, students were encouraged to have their invitations to inform training. Communicate place of training and information relevant to them.
* Managing the candidate will be invited, if you sign up and confirm the amount MPES so you can receive travel grants
* Manage all communications and information relating to the candidate until he arrives on the first day of training and implementation of the training given to the team.


Expertise necessary

* Solid geographical knowledge of Kenya and East Africa are required.
* Experience in building and managing the data management capabilities to the system
* Experience managing and working with external teams to collect and access data in an organized way
* Strong computer skills, including Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Internet and video.


About you

* Degree required, with a significant experience of team management.
* A Master's in business or marketing related discipline preferred
* Professional:
* 5-7 years of working with and managing teams in terms of sales targets, preferably in East Africa.
* Significant experience in a center of marketing and managing the marketing budget.
* Experience managing remote teams is required.
* Experience with large-scale recruitment is preferable.
* Work experience, preferably in communication skills, poor work that BIA
* The experience of growing and the size of the organization in developing the market coupled
* Thinker analytical and process
* Team player
* Ability to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
* Can do attitude, even under tight deadlines
* Ability to manage a complex system, while the management of the school, call center workers, and contract.
