Customer Sales Engineer
Enter pre-sales technical support for the sales team during the sales process. Responsible for the technical validity and interoperability of solutions to plan and direct relationship with the customer's business strategy.
Tasks:
This position defines the entire Dell solutions for customers and make presentations on all aspects of the company's products and services.
Assist sales staff in assessing the application of company products and services to meet the customers needs.
Prepare detailed specifications for the purpose of selling high-end products and solutions.
Perform analysis of customer needs.
Provides project scope.
Coordinate internal specialists and cross-departmental activities.
Assist seller in creating demand for products.
Requires a high degree of technical competence to respond to customer requests and discuss product features and applications of technical user / buyer.
Indigenous and participates regularly in client organizations to deliver high-impact presentations using strong technical skills.
Skills required:
8-10 years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Identify meet the appropriate enterprise solutions for different customer needs.
To maximize cost and identify practical "solutions" for Dell opportunity while meeting customer needs.
Skilled in negotiation with others to achieve the desired results / to become customers.
To explain where, according to the company / client products and services to customer IT infrastructure.
You have basic knowledge of Dell's business model and can articulate the impact and benefits to customers.
Is based on the facts of industry knowledge.
Fluent knowledge of English required

The ability to Excel, Word and PowerPoint use
Must be organized, detail-oriented
Good communication skills - both written and oral
