Summary
Looking for candidates with a caliber greater than an agreed period of time (until June 30, 2012) to ensure that business systems ICT are available, safe and reliable functional and that personnel and other authorized users are provided with support to use ICT systems effectively, and act as a strategic ICT systems coordinator of the Eastern Cape and Gauteng offices.

Minimum
Minimum: National Diploma in Information Technology: Technical Support
Favorites: National Diploma in Computing
Ideal: B. Tech: professional practice in the field of information technology, or B. Com: Computer

Experience:
· 3 years experience in supporting desktop users
· 2 years experience in Lotus Notes
· 2 years in the service providers and suppliers connect
· 2 years, server administration and network
· 1 year, the purchase of ICT

Description
The main function of this position are:
• Provide users with a service Indirect ICT;
· Coordinate all systems that apply to ICT service providers and suppliers committed to providing the necessary support of ICT services and products;
Look for products and services delivered with precision, speed and efficiency. As a secondary function, this position will be responsible for:
· Conduct a system of direct support maintenance and users directly, which are described below, or
· When the emergency and / or the importance of the situation requires.
