Finance Manager and Support

National full-time position

Headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya

The objectives of the

To manage and coordinate financial and administrative aspects of local offices, which are financial planning and budgeting, accounting, administrative assistance and services, efficiently and in accordance with the rules and procedures.

The level of knowledge required

* Bachelor's degree in accounting and financial management, full CPA / ACCA
* Experience in grant management of donors including the EU, ECHO, USAID
* Fluent in English both oral and written,
* Advanced computer skills,
* High level of integrity, wisdom and personal conduct
* Flexible and adaptable to changing working conditions,
* Self-motivated, active with good assessment and initiatives
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills,
* Ability to priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure,
* Sensitivity to diversity
* Ability to work in multicultural teams
* Good interpersonal skills,
* Ability to work under the supervision of at least a
* Stress management is good.
