Our client is an international BPO based in Australia, is seeking a customer service representative for their call center in Nairobi.
We seek candidates with excellent communication skills both written and oral.
main responsibilities
       * Screening and moderate user submitted content, responding to requests for support and perform support functions.
       * Moderation and content filtering, user-written profile
       * Photos moderation and user testing proposed
       * Responding to the request for help
       * Responding to the demand for telephone assistance
       * Testimony of treatment (depending on language)
       * Support for various tasks
Skills and key skills
       Internet Literacy *
       * A passion for customer service
       * Excellent knowledge of English and knowledge of a foreign language is an asset
       * Willing to work on a 24 hours travel of candidates
       * Graduates should not be applied.
       * Ability to respond quickly to customer requests
       * Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints
       * Ability to multitask and take on more workload if necessary
       * The position of language skills (grammatically correct, they can express things that are obvious)
       * Ability to work with more cards and systems based on the browser more effective support in a Web browser (speed and accuracy is important)
       Work ethic * Very good (reliable, motivated, professional)
       * Must be under 30
