SMP is a representative of customer service must be a member of our customer service team is headed to Cape Town International Airport.

Minimum requirements:

Matrix or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years experience in the service position focused on the client (face to face and telephone)
Fully computer
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation of their own transport arrangements /
Articulate and able to work together at all levels with clients local, national and international
Well presented and professional presentation of self in
Confident in a comprehensive and encouraged to exceed the expected results
Affordable, reliable and flexible
Opportunistic and optimistic in their approach to the delivery of customer service
Must be able to work shifts (including weekends and holidays)
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately

Key performance areas:

Provide a reception service for customers of clients local, national and international
Be a "face" of the company and the first point of contact with clients or potential clients
Complete all questions in a professional face to face and telephone
Look for opportunities to sell products or services to existing customers or potential
Management of all processes responsible for car rental
Working closely with the client tracking and processing payments

Our customers supply on the back:

R6870 per month base salary
Annual bonus of the company should do well
Airport allowance checks R400 / offset
Above the contribution of corporate pension funds and medical care
50% contribution to the Company consistent
