The main objective of the Integrated Water Safety Program Rwanda (RIWSP) is to improve the management of the quantity and quality of a positive impact on human health (WASH), food security and resilience to change climate for vulnerable rural populations in river basins targeted in Rwanda. The whole program has its roots in the approach of integrated water resources management (IWRM). Use of multiple services (MAR) is a user-oriented approach to the provision of water services by focusing on some of the needs of water for domestic use and production. The MUS approach provides drinking water and domestic use, and other priorities for productive purposes such as horticulture small-scale irrigation or livestock enterprise. The purpose of the program components RIWSP MUS is to introduce the economic value of water, technical and social have used a range of services that enable poor rural households in Rwanda to achieve sustainable improvements in access to water, health and livelihoods,
The advertised positions will be based in Kigali, mobilizers based outside Kigali. All positions are available immediately. Project duration is five years.

TASK
* Evaluation of water resources and needs in the villages.
* Perform all activities related to awareness and mobilization.
* Promote multi-use of water (MUS) in the intervention areas.
* Mobilize beneficiaries to participate in the implementation of Mus and ensure the sustainability of projects implemented.
* To promote the practice of small-scale irrigation and garden for food security.
* Implementation of capacity building programs.
Qualifications and experience:
* At least six elderly (S6) in the social sciences or a related field with at least 5 years experience in similar activities in rural development projects;
* 3 years work experience in rural development projects, particularly in water supply;
* Experience with local authorities and communities;
* Driver's license for motorcycle category;
* Excellent knowledge of Kinyarwanda, English or French and working;
