Senior Accounting Manager


The main responsibilities include:
Financial Analysis
• calculate, measure and report on product category, brand and customer profitability.
• Make clear to facilitate the measurement of costs and effective decision making.
• Provide input on financial results and the implications and advise on corrective action.
• Develop and cost drivers to interpret reports, KPIs and benchmarks.
• The focus is on the interpretation and the role of expected results.
• Compilation of rolling forecasts, annual budgets and long-term plans.
• Reconciliation of account management of Finance on a monthly basis.

Management Reports
• Be a financial partner of the marketing team.
• Preparation of monthly management reports, integrate financial information, economic information and other valuable commercial information.
• Interaction with line managers of business units on financial performance, changes in costs, etc.
• Provide financial assistance and training for managers.
• be fully engaged in the business processes of business planning provides integrated information and support to lead.
• Determine the capabilities and guide the implementation of the concept of rolling forecasts.

Team effectiveness
• Lead the team of trained accounting & operational excellence.
• Plan and assign work.
• Performance Management.
• Work closely with the Ministry of Economy and systems to improve communication of information generation.

The ideal candidate must:
• Have a B Com (Acc), CA or CIMA qualification.
• with 5 years experience working as a management accounting, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• use a computer and a good knowledge of MS Office.
• have knowledge of financial transactions of the company and its customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
