Description
This position will be responsible for:
* Preparation of business plans that are good for society (in all BU) to operationalize and implement a common strategy to achieve sustained and profitable growth in the stock market in the market segments in South Africa
* Provide a schedule of business processes, according to company standards and needs of the enterprise distribution program EXCEL
* Facilitate the implementation and BU business deployment strategy, business plans, business tools and corrective action plans

Strategy process Implementaiton
- Contribute to the Company's strategy is not clear at UB for regular interaction and communication
- Helps GM with development activities in line with the annual target of the Tree Africa / DBU / MI approach
- Supervise the tree and the goal tracker to monitor the progress of the entire cycle. Involve people who need help to achieve their goals in advance,
- Market segmentation of jobs in the BU, market share, competitive analysis,
- Identify opportunities for segmentation, economic, commercial and life cycle of the product, the criteria with pestle
- How to buy at all levels for each process changes recommended
- Evaluation and development of distribution channels of distribution network (hub-and-Speaking deployment model)
- Implementation of the strategy of growing market segment of the SA in collaboration with the BU
- Develop and implement the growth strategy of the company outside of SA (regional states) in collaboration with the Country Manager and the BU
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to monitor progress in the growth initiatives of the SA and the State
- Prepare a simulation scenarios and business simulation to illustrate the possible outcomes of the implementation of strategic options
- Prepare a summary of the analysis in terms of professional and strategic implementation to be presented to senior management and when necessary, the implementation of corporate strategy, systems and programs

PDO DAOP CSA and the development of process simulation
- Work with the finance team to ensure BU initiatives in line with the overall strategy of the company and simulation in the PDO
- Assist BU with planning initiatives in support of the various processes
- Consolidated comments BU and initiatives contained in the various processes and develop a strategy paper-in-word that explains the global financial simulation (based on the needs of the process) to oversee the process DAOP of the Company, including profiles, plans to purchase initiatives, improvement plans, improvement plans for Excel

Ad hoc
- Participate in at least a key Corporate Responsibility projects, and ensure compliance with CEES hours
- Participate in key sales events, shows, promotions
- Develop performance goals and update as necessary progress OnTrack
- To promote and maintain responsibility for personal health and safety, as well as all employees and their work environment through compliance with policies and security procedures
