R6000 Per Month - CONTRACT TO PERM POSITION

Our client is a well-established company. They are seeking a well organised, friendly, self-motivated and independent worker who can also work well in a team.

JOB REQUIRMENTS:
Must be bilingual English & Afrikaans
Have an open honest personality & is a people’s person - Team Player with Strong organising skills.
Able to follow instructions and work independently but accurate ! NB
Must reside near our surrounding Kuilsriver area and have own Transport.
Must have worked as a Girl Friday, Receptionist, Administrator previously and have assisted in Accounts.
Debtors & Creditors Experience is essential.
Must have Pastel Partner experience and be fully computer literate.

Duties will include:
Reception / answering switchboard phone taking messages and managing the reception area.
Assisting office personnel with all administrate duties including the Bookkeeper and Management.
MUST have Pastel Partner experience .
MUST have Debtors & Creditor experience .
